Eighty percent of the population will experience some sort of acute back pain at some point of their lives. This acute back pain is usually experienced in the lower back regions. Acute back2life differs from chronic back pain in that it is not caused by injury or disease — rather it mostly likely is due to a poor lifestyle of sitting around with poor posture and not engaging in much physical activity. This lifestyle is a byproduct of the age we live in, with such conveniences as computers, video games, tv, and cell phones making us less active and more obese. However, we can do something to address this pain by learning some specialized back-related exercises to temporarily alleviate this pain. Of course, the best way is to modify our lifestyles to make not only our back, but our whole body fit and healthy.
