My friend and I loved fitness boot camp sydney. It kicked our butts!! We regularly go to the gym and felt like we were in good physical condition, but we were not ready for what awaited us at boot camp. The trainers were so great at motivating us to do things that seemed impossible. By the end of our training period we were physically stronger in so many ways. Our endurance increased, and we all lost inches in our arms, legs, and waistline. Boot camp is a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend it. You will be taken out of your comfort zone and challenged in many new and awesome ways.
