Drink Water If Want to Know How to Dunk

I read a lot of articles about how to increase your vertical leap and not many of them talk about the things you should be putting in your body. You spend maybe 20 to 30 minutes daily training on How To Dunk but you spend 8 times that amount of time consuming the fuel to make that training worth it. So, how much do you drink if you want to learn how to dunk? I’d recommend a gallon if you’re working out really hard, a little less if you’re not working out with too much intensity. It can be harmful to drink too much water because when you pee you lose a lot of sodium, so if you are drinking a gallon or more per day make sure to drink a few things that have sodium, like a Gatorade or another sports drink.
