During the late 80s and early 90s my uncle worked for a couple of aerospace companies located in Long Beach, California. I never knew exactly what he did; however I knew it was very technical and had to do something with computers. Because of a lot of changes in the aerospace industry the past few years, my uncle decided to start his own consulting business. These days he does a lot of SQL Server Consulting. He runs the business out of his two-bedroom house down in El Segundo. I know this because I rent out one of the bedrooms in his house.
