When you are looking for that perfect place to run your business from it can be an exciting, yet stressful time. This can lead people into making hasty decision that they later regret. First of all, if you have found what you believe to be the right place to suit your needs then make sure (and I cannot stress this enough) that you read the contract very carefully. Perhaps have a lawyer go through it. You could be signing yourself up to more than you bargained for. You must also remember that commercial rental space is a valuable commodity for its owner, but only when it is filled! When you do find the place you are looking for it is worth remembering that the agent (or owner) is as eager to fill the space as you are. In some cases you may be able to use this to your advantage.
