When I have a problem with my computer I want to talk to someone that can help me reason out the difficulty and then get it corrected in a reasonable time. I have spent entirely too many hours online dealing with representatives of software manufacture’s Offshore Business Outsourcing help desks. There are now both computer manufactures and software manufactures that I will no longer deal with because of their customer service representatives. It is unfortunate because I believe they have good products. What they are missing is a good quality control system for their help desk. I know this can be done.
