For many people, South America never seems to sum up images of stability or an environment that is good for business, and in many ways the images are exactly the opposite. However, last year when I looked into the prospect of forming an offshore company, Panama was one of the names that came up. At first I didn’t think that owning a Panama company would be a good move, but after doing more research I actually found that owning a business in Panama can be great for global businesses such as mine, and offers stability and privacy to boot. My image of Panama is now one of a country that is great for business.
