Raising up Good Work Ethics

I work for a large middle school as one of the school counsellors. I have been asked to go to several of the career classes and talk about some of the character qualities and work ethic qualities that are beneficial in job settings. One of the major qualities that I wanted to focus on is that of Organizational Citizenship Behavior. I gave them assessments to see what part of these qualities they possessed and how they could work at achieving them. I have also set up a mentoring program with some of the high school students who excel in these areas.
