There is no better sport than American Football. There is just the right amount of scoring (as opposed to basketball where a basket is meaningless in the grand scheme and of course Soccer where nil-nil is the most common final score).
There are also the most types of ways to score: running, passing, kicking, interception, fubmle, safety.
Also, it is just the right pace. Not too fast like basketball, Soccer, Hockey, but not a snooze fest like baseball.
The physical aspects are like no other sport, perhaps with the exception of Rugby.
There are 16 games in a season, so each game has monumental meaning. Note: There is talk of extending to 18 games, I hope they do.
Last, the playoffs and Superbowl are the most exciting time for sports worldwide with the single game , single elimination format.
I think folks around the world do not adopt American fantasy football advice just like old timers in America still cling to Baseball: Because they are afraid to admit the something they have devoted so many years to and something so entrenched in their culture could be trumped by somehting so much better, American Football.
