For a while, our company has used a pretty basic CRM software solution to help us learn a decent amount about our customers, and it has worked fairly well for the time we’ve been using it.  However, in this increasingly competitive world, we need more information, and better information from our Customer Relationship Management software, which is why we are looking at possibly using a top ranked Hosted CRM Software solution.  With the right information, we’ll be able to better decide on what kinds of products to provide, as well as better services we can offer our customers in order to keep them coming back to us.
