iso document management standards. Up until now, we’ve been using an ad hoc system, and it’s not going to cut it any more.
I think we ought to take a long hard look at Small Business Document Management, before we drown in the paper. It’s time to get our act together.
The research is the easy part, though. The part I dread is getting people to comply with the iso document management standards. People are lazy creatures, really.
