Love Handles Can Cause Heart Disease

 

love handles around the waistline have been connected with heart disease.  This applies to both men and women.  Generally, people are more interested in losing weight so that they can look better.  However, losing inches around waistline can help to decrease the risk of having heart disease.

 

Even if you are not overweight it doesn’t matter.  If you have excess fat around your abdominal area you are at risk of heart disease.  Try some of these exercises along with a diet plan to rid yourself of love handles.  Do sit ups, standing trunk twists crunches, and the V-up exercise.
