In the Unites States, the selling and purchase of timeshares only is a very interesting trend. The  timeshares only  industry in the United States is one of the most vibrant and developed in the entire world. There are quite a few bodies that have an interest in the state of the industry, including the AIF, or the ARDA International Foundation- an interest group representing the American Resort Development Association and many others. Across the United States, 4.4 million families own some form of timeshares only and this number continues to grow by leaps and bounds every year.
